How to demo
- Open Operator dashboard in one tab.
- Open Customer phone in another tab (or another device on the same network).
- Pick an overdue invoice in the console, set the language, hit Call. The phone rings.
- Answer on the phone. Saathi opens with the greeting and runs the collection conversation.
App-to-app for now. Real PSTN telephony (Twilio / Exotel / Plivo) drops in behind the same WebSocket interface later.
