How to demo
  1. Open Operator dashboard in one tab.
  2. Open Customer phone in another tab (or another device on the same network).
  3. Pick an overdue invoice in the console, set the language, hit Call. The phone rings.
  4. Answer on the phone. Saathi opens with the greeting and runs the collection conversation.
App-to-app for now. Real PSTN telephony (Twilio / Exotel / Plivo) drops in behind the same WebSocket interface later.
